Costs of a voyage

We will provide a more detailed breakdown of costs if you decide to make a booking. A typical voyage costs $137.30 per day per person with a minimum preferred booking of 20 people. If 20 students are booked on the voyage, teachers sail free. In practice students pay less than this figure because part of the cost is GST that can be claimed back by the school.

This cost provides everything for the voyage – food, accommodation, supervision, training and excursions from the ship are all included. Essentially, all a student needs to bring is their personal gear, pillow case, sheet and a sleeping bag. We provide pillows.
